Off-season cultivation of vegetable refers to the production of the vegetable before or after their normal cultivation seasons of production. This can be accomplished by using the different agro-climatic conditions, adjusting the planting time, selecting and improving the varieties or by creating the controlled environment by making the plastic tunnels, polythene houses, permanent glass houses etc.
