Pharmacy or Pharmacology is one of the main disciplines under Biomedical Science and the pharmaceutical industry. It is the profession responsible for the preparation,dispensing and appropriate use of medication and which provides services to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes. Pharmacy is a scientific profession requiring a high level of education and training.

Pharmacy degrees including Diploma in Pharmacy (Pharmacy Assistant level) are approved by the Nepal Pharmacy Council (NPC), to ensure that students have received appropriate education for their professional registration and subsequent development and careers. Go to education page

Medical Laboratory Technology is generally concerned with diagnosis, treatment and prevention with use of pathological tests. As vital members of health care team, Lab Technicians play a key role in collecting information to provide best care to the patients.

Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology (CMLT) program creates and fosters skilled health professionals in clinical laboratory science for diagnosis of diseases that decide the life of individuals who may be the only breadwinner of the family or the only child of his/her parents. Students who enroll for this program will be provided theoretical as well as practical knowledge of different clinical laboratory techniques.

Certificate in General Medicine (or Health Assistant) program is 3 years program affiliated to CTEVT which aim to provide mid level health professionals who can assist the rural community in health care. According to CTEVT, 47 colleges are offering Proficiency Certificate in General Medicine (Health Assistant ; HA) program in Nepal with a total enrollment capacity of 1892.

A Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a certification for accounting professionals who have demonstrated ability in strategic management and financial accounting. This certification builds on financial accounting proficiency by adding management skills that aid in making strategic business decisions based on financial data.
